Design and Premium Service Infrastructure.- Sourcing well qualified resumes through various channels including Linkedin, job boards, scheduled hiring events and effectively leveraging databases created and maintained by events like tech meetups, Y! LSPE and Big Thinkers.- Attending regular meetings to understand projections and share periodic updates/reports with leaders of the business entities and TA.- Worked to build, develop and implement recruitment plans for Yahoo!
