Logan Lacy is a professional with a passion for forming high-performing teams. Currently, Logan is responsible for recruiting top college talent for various teams at Roblox, focusing on SWE interns, NCG's, as well as Product, Design, and Data Science roles.

Originally from the Midwest, Logan has lived in Spain and now calls San Francisco home. With a love for travel and exploring new eateries in the Bay area, Logan believes in finding joy in one's work and is committed to helping individuals find fulfilling careers.

Logan's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a concentration in Management and International Business from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, as well as studies at Universidad de Sevilla and Indiana Academy for Sciences, Mathematics, and Humanities.

With a diverse professional experience, Logan has held roles at top companies such as Roblox, Uber, Salesforce, Signature Consultants, and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Logan's previous positions include Sr. University Recruiter, Sr. MBA Recruiter, and Talent Scout at various organizations.

In addition to professional roles, Logan has also served as a Management Assistant, English Language Consultant, and Camp Counselor, showcasing versatility and a well-rounded skill set.
