Associate Pastor

As the Manager of Church Partnerships, I have developed our 10-year strategic plan to expand our church partnerships from 3 to over 30 over the next 10 years. Our partnership model aims to empower the mission of each local church by helping them develop strategy for engaging in mercy & justice, catalyze volunteers, and train their leaders as advocates for justice issues.

In addition, I work to strengthen our current partnerships, deepening their engagement in mercy & justice and assisting them to utilize more of our resources to accomplish their mission.

We have successfully expanded our partnerships this year to a total of 10 church partners.

Developed unified vision, strategy and leadership development for 10 ministry teams with separate purposes, goals and metrics resulting in a doubling of church growth and multiplication of local church organizations.

Taught weekly lessons to a congregation of 175, met regularly with leadership groups and engaged in in-depth study with smaller participant groups.
