Llewellyn King is a British-American journalist, publisher, and television producer, best known as the creator, executive producer, and host of "White House Chronicle," a weekly news and public affairs program. Early Career and Background
King began his journalism career at the age of 16 in Southern Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe), working as a stringer for Time magazine and later for other publications such as the Daily Express and United Press. He moved to London in 1959, where he worked for various newspapers and the BBC before relocating to the United States in the 1960s. In the U.S., he held positions at The New York Herald Tribune, The Washington Post, and founded The Energy Daily, a prominent newsletter in the energy sector, which he published until 2006.123
