Lizzy Hayashida is a notable entrepreneur, co-founder and CEO of Change Donations, a fast-growing fundraising technology platform in Dublin that connects donors with charities by rounding up online purchases. She obtained her BS in Resource Economics at University of Massachusetts Amherst and later pursued her Master's degree in Business Administration at Trinity College Dublin. With diverse experiences in tech, retail, and finance, she has held various top-level positions in renowned companies such as Affirm, Inc., Shoptiques.com, and eBay, where she served as a Business Analyst and Operations Manager. Lizzy has also been actively involved in the tech industry and collaborated with Airfield Estate and Google Adopt A Startup as a Tech & Data Advisory Group member. Prior to her CEO role, she was an Adjunct Teaching Fellow for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Trinity College Dublin's MBA Program.
