She also worked as the Head of Regional Marketing Partnerships at ZALORA Group, where she managed a portfolio of key client accounts, and was a Senior Officer at the Singapore Economic Development Board, where she was involved in attracting and retaining large foreign corporations in Singapore.

Lizhan began her career as an intern, where she worked at Deloitte Singapore as a Business Analyst Intern and at Julius Baer as an Intern for Asian Fixed Income Research, gaining valuable knowledge and experience in the financial sector.
