Liz Weisenburger

Liz Weisenburger is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in counseling, psychology, program management, and international education.

She holds an MS in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling with a CRC certification from San Diego State University-California State University, a MA in Intercultural Management focusing on International Education & Organizational Management from the School for International Training, and a BA in Anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley.

In addition to her formal education, Liz has furthered her studies through programs like the UCEAP Study Abroad Program in Latin American Studies, Anthropology, Art, & Spanish at Universidad de Chile, as well as in Salamanca, Spain, and Quito, Ecuador, among others.

Throughout her career, Liz has served in various roles including Associate Registered Clinical Counselor & Certified Rehabilitation Counselor at Life Enrichment Services, Neurofeedback Technician at San Diego Center for Neurofeedback, and Private Practice Intern & Director of Thrive Counseling at the Center for Psychotherapy, Spirituality, and Creativity.

Her experience also includes positions such as Mental Health Recovery Specialist at Telecare Corporation, Program Facilitator at Job Development Network of San Diego, President of the Rehabilitation Counseling Student Association at San Diego State University, and Program Manager at Peace Works Travel.

She has contributed her skills to organizations like UC Santa Barbara, PLAN!T Now, Latin America Ministry Alliance, and Eureka School among others, showcasing her versatility and dedication in various capacities.
