Liz Tracy
Behavioral Researcher | Educator
Liz Tracy is a lecturer in the MIE (Management, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship) program at North Carolina State University (NC State). She has a background in organizational psychology, with experience in research, facilitation, and education. Tracy has designed and taught various workshops and credit-bearing courses, focusing on both global and domestic contexts.12
Her professional journey includes serving as a Behavioral Researcher at the 4D Lab from 2018 to 2022, where she applied behavioral insights to various projects. Currently, she teaches courses such as MBA 570 - Opportunity Evaluation and Value Creation at NC State.24 Tracy is also actively involved in mentoring students and has recently taught a class on innovation at the University of Adelaide.3
In addition to her teaching role, she is pursuing a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at NC State, further enriching her expertise in the field.
