Liz Teschler is a seasoned marketer with expertise in social media and digital marketing. She currently serves as the Marketing Director of SMOSH Brands at DEFY Media, where she oversees consumer-facing aspects of the brand, including YouTube channels, mobile apps, magazines, music sales, and branded merchandise. With over 32 million combined YouTube subscribers, 29 million social followers, and 12 million monthly unique website visitors, Liz has helped SMOSH become one of the strongest digital brands in existence today. She has also played a crucial role in guiding DEFY Media's social media best practices and keeping up with emerging platforms and technologies. Liz's past experience includes working as the Director of Social Media and Brand Strategy for Alloy Digital, where she led social media and marketing efforts for multiple media brands and video channels. She has also worked as a Social Media + Publicity Strategist for Alloy Digital and an Account Manager for American Pop. Liz holds a B.S degree in Marketing Communication from Emerson College and remains a member of the IAB Social Media Committee.
