Liz Rogers is the Creative Director at Anacrusis, specializing in new signings, writer development, and sync pitching. With a focus on publishing, licensing, and artist development, Anacrusis has achieved numerous placements for emerging artists in Nashville, along with cuts on pop and alternative records by their writers.
Apart from her role at Anacrusis, Liz serves as an independent music supervisor, contributing to various films and documentaries. She also holds positions as an Advisor at the Entrepreneur Center, an Adjunct Artist Teacher at Vanderbilt University, and a member of the Music Committee for the Nashville Film Festival.
Liz's educational background includes studying Voice, Theatre, Business, and Education at Vanderbilt University, along with a Semester Abroad program at Sydney University. Her diverse experiences and expertise in the music industry have led her to found Anacrusis where she has been instrumental in nurturing talent and fostering creative collaborations.
Throughout her career, Liz has been involved in various organizations such as being a Mentor at Project Music, a Music Director at WHO KNEW..., and a Co-Founder at The Speed Pitch. Additionally, she has served in roles including Songplugger, Production Assistant, Administrative Assistant, and Public Programs Intern in esteemed institutions like Steve Bloch Music, The Country Music Association, Nashville Songwriters Association International, and the Country Music Hall Of Fame and Museum.
