Liz Peterson is an experienced Business Process and Operations Design Consultant. With a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Southern California, Liz has honed her skills in SOP Creation & Business Process Documentation, Recruiting Operations, Operations & Change Management, and Opportunity Discovery.

Over the years, Liz has worked with several organizations such as Ops Designed, Ergeon, ezhome, Dropbox, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and The Ackert Advisory in different capacities. As a Recruiting Lead at ezhome and later as a University Recruiter/Industry Recruiter at Dropbox, Liz has helped organizations find the right talent. Her role as Business Process Manager at Ergeon gave Liz the opportunity to design and implement operational processes and systems that increased efficiency in the organization.
