Liz Cowie

Liz Cowie is a highly educated professional with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from Duke University.

With a diverse background, Liz has held various roles in multiple organizations, showcasing her skills in development, administration, writing, and leadership.

She has worked as a Development Associate and previously as an Administrative Associate at Stanford Graduate School of Education. Additionally, she has been involved in El Carmelo Elementary as a Site Council member, Grant Writer, Chair of the Visiting Author Program, and Founder of the Ten Mile Club.

Liz Cowie has a strong background in the educational sector, having served as a Board Member at Grace Lutheran Preschool and as a Representative at the Attendance Area Advisory Group within the Palo Alto Unified School District.

Her professional experience extends to the legal field, where she worked as an Associate Attorney at both Kilpatrick Stockton LLP and Skadden Arps. Liz also has a passion for community involvement, evident through her roles as a Coach and chapter originator at Girls on the Run, an Advisor at Bring Me A Book Foundation, and her previous engagement with various educational and charitable organizations.
