The responsibilities for this position included:
• Lead, manage & develop day-to-day relationship with assigned accounts;
• Increase sales in the targeted market segment;
• Negotiate contracts with international providers;
• Development of distributional system, referring and keeping of prolonged business
relations with clients;
• Responsibility for sale and operational results.
I also have the Business Analyst role for the SMS project with the responsibilities listed
below.

SMS Account Manager

My responsibilities were to :
• Sustain the account management team during the negotiation process.
• Optimize the inter and intra departments procedures and workflows as well as, when
necessary, developing new ones.
• Generate the Daily Report based on the previous day’s traffic.
• Work directly with the software team for enhancing the already existing reports.
• Periodically update the breakouts codes and names database.
• Finish any task and report within the time-frame established by the management
• Investigate the losses and quality problems based on the traffic history from the
targeted time-frame.
