Liv Larsen

Meet Liv Medina, a leadership coach, and former procurement consultant with a wealth of experience in leadership and management. Her expertise lies in helping technically brilliant managers who need to improve their people skills and those who have received negative feedback about their management style. Liv has worked with globally recognized firms such as KPMG Australia, Telstra, and ArcBlue, where she sharpened her skills in procurement and vendor management, IT sourcing, and strategic sourcing.

Liv holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne, a Category Management certificate from CIPS - The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply, and is an alumna of the MIT Sloan Executive Education certificate program. She also completed Seth Godin's altMBA program, where she studied leadership and management. Liv is passionate about helping her clients develop emotional intelligence, and is an expert in self-awareness, motivation, and resilience.

Liv is now a full-time leadership coach, offering private coaching and support sessions via Zoom for up to six months. Her program tackles the gap between technical expertise and exceptional people leadership. She provides her clients with the skills necessary to lead people to exceptional performance, create a trusting environment, and obtain buy-in for their decisions. Her program concludes with a 360-degree survey that reflects the client's transformation, tangible results, and improved leadership capabilities.
