Liudas Mikal

Liudas Mikal is an accomplished business development and innovation management professional, with a particular passion for life sciences, foodtech, and sustainable development goals. With experience in managing an innovation branch of a publicly traded Swedish energy company and co-founding a coliving/coworking space and accelerator for SDG startups in San Francisco, Liudas has a diverse background in entrepreneurship and project management. He is also a Global Shaper at Global Shapers Community, an international network of young leaders who are creating positive change in their communities.

Liudas earned his Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Vilnius University and pursued further studies in Management, Technology & Entrepreneurship at Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne and Entrepreneurship training at Draper University. He has also held roles as an International Project Manager at Lietuvos mokinių neformaliojo švietimo centras/Lithuanian centre of non-formal youth education, Delegate at NEXUS Global Summit, and Technology Transfer Specialist at MITA (Science, innovation, and technology agency).

Currently, Liudas is dedicated to developing new products and business strategies at Grainly Foods, a sustainable dehydrated meal company.
