Lita Kaufman

Lita Kaufman is an experienced General Counsel with a background in technology sales, negotiation, telecommunications, contract drafting, risk management, and employment law. She holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Temple University and a BA in History with a double minor in English and Renaissance Studies from University at Albany, SUNY.

In her role as General Counsel at DasNet Corporation, Lita serves as a key advisor to the President & CEO, providing legal counsel on various company-wide matters such as corporate governance, business relations, employee relations, risk management, and ethical and legal compliance.
