Barb Wirebaugh is a prominent figure in the field of social work, having earned her Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work from the Ohio State University in 2002.

Her dedication and commitment to advocating for ethical reform in the child welfare system led to her nomination for Social Worker of the Year during her time at Ohio State University.

Barb holds an independent social work license with a supervisor designation in Ohio, showcasing her expertise and ability to practice at a high level of professionalism.

In 2008, Barb established her successful private practice, Affinity HealthWorks, LLC, which has grown to include 13 highly skilled clinicians providing top-tier behavioral health and substance abuse treatment for individuals of all ages.

Affinity HealthWorks, LLC, under Barb's leadership, serves Crawford county and the surrounding area with easily accessible locations in Bucyrus and Galion, and a recently opened office in Westerville.

Beyond her role at Affinity HealthWorks, LLC, Barb has contributed to the field through various positions, such as Adjunct Faculty at Mount Vernon Nazarene University, Mental Health Therapist/PR Coordinator at Community Counseling Services, Inc., and Foster Care & Adoption Coordinator at Crawford County Children Services.
