Lissete Estrada is a Program Manager at Braven, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering underrepresented college students for success in the job market.
She leads the Leadership and Career Accelerator program at Rutgers-University Newark, overseeing a diverse group of over 100 ambitious college students from various majors and backgrounds.
