Lison Chouraki

Lison Chouraki is a seasoned Commissaire aux Comptes specialized in innovative companies with a wealth of experience in various financial roles.

She is the author of the Guide de la jeune entreprise innovante (Dunod - 2017) and has served as a CAC for 30 high-tech and biotechnology startups.

Her expertise extends to handling contributions, mergers, and special benefits in fundraising operations, as well as conducting financial due diligence for venture capital firms.

Lison is recognized as an expert by the Court of Appeal of Paris in the field of business valuation and is a member of the Evaluation Commission of the Compagnie Nationale des Commissaires aux Comptes.

She specializes in fiscal matters related to JEI/CIR and conducts audits of patent license agreements for research centers and pharmaceutical laboratories.

As a co-founder of the startup Madgic and a former administrator and treasurer of France Biotech, Lison has a strong background in the entrepreneurial and biotechnology sectors.
