Lisandra Rickards is a successful CEO, entrepreneur, and coach who has spent her life working to support executives, entrepreneurs, and high-achieving professionals. She has extensive experience coaching entrepreneurs and has built a notable career developing and coaching teams, delivering economic research, and consulting for private equity and financial institutions.
Rickards has an MBA with honors from Harvard Business School, where she gained extensive knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship and management, and a B.A. in Economics with honors from the University of Chicago. Her career began as a Research Associate at Freakonomics before working at the Ministry of Finance Jamaica, GraceKennedy Ltd., and Bain & Company. Later, she went on to direct the business development for The RMP Group and helped to start the Alpha Angels Network.
As the CEO of the Richard Branson Centre of Entrepreneurship, she coached over 220 entrepreneurs, created courses for over 2,500 entrepreneurs, built a team of 12 and spearheaded a shift towards a venture capital model. As Chairman of Innovate 10X and Founding Network Manager for Alpha Angels Network, she honed her expertise in coaching and development, supporting the growth of countless executives and entrepreneurs.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Rickards is launching her own coaching company, Soul Career. This online coaching service will support and guide executives and entrepreneurs while also helping them discover their life's work and build powerful legacies.
