Transformed a 133+ year old organization into one of the premier Boys & Girls Clubs in the country, solidifying its position as the leading youth guidance and development organization in the community through quality staff, facilities and programs, supported by financial stability and clearly defined standards. Employing over 250 youth development staff in 22 locations in the most distressed neighborhoods of Philadelphia, the Marziello's have strategically rennovated, improved and designed new program spaces, raising over $77M since 2012 to give hope and opportunity to those children who need it most.

Through the power of leadership the foundation supports both youth and seniors through philanthropic grants to non-profit organizations and individuals of all backgrounds needing financial assistance due to family instability, poverty and/or challenges adapting to the community.

Serving over 25,000 youth in over 22 Boys & Girls Club locations, with over 250 staff. The Marziello's created a high performance organization in all areas of buildings, program services, and community development. Built and developed the first partnership in the history of the organization with the Portland Public Housing Authority, Portland School District, and Portland Police Department to construct a new state-of-the-art elementary school and Boys & Girls Club in a Public Housing Hope IV site where over 18 different languages were spoken.

Chief Executive Officers

Transformed the Boys & Girls Club of Green Bay from a $400,000 operating organization and a $400,000 endowment, to a $3.6M operating organization and a $6.2M endowment, servicing  2 locations and 16 extension sites. Established relationships with all area fortune 500 companies and Wisconsin's NFL team, the Green Bay Packers, with the GB Packers Quarterback, Brett Favre, as their spokesman. The Marziello's built and established strong community relationships with the Green Bay Police Department, Family Services, Salvation Army, Big/Brothers Big Sisters and other local non-profits to improve services to youth. Membership grew from 4,000 youth to 13,600 youth served.
