Lisa Zuegel

Lisa Zuegel is the Leadership Development Program Manager at Agilent Technologies, based in Santa Clara, California. She has been with Agilent since 2000, where she manages the Emerging Leaders Program and provides learning technologies for Next Generation Leadership Programs. Additionally, she oversees Agilent's mentoring initiatives and facilitates the application of learning technologies across the company.1

Before her role at Agilent, Lisa worked at Hewlett-Packard from 1984 to 1999 in various capacities, including as a Business Process Consultant and in Operations Line Management roles. She also served as an Industry Liaison/Loaned Executive for the East Side Academy, representing Silicon Valley corporations in a partnership program for at-risk youth.1

Lisa holds a degree from Stanford University, where she studied from 1979 to 1984.1
