Lisa Ye is a seasoned financial leader with over 20 years of experience in various industries such as technology, marketing, manufacturing, telecommunications, and non-profit sectors.

She excels in understanding business requirements, implementing accounting procedures and internal controls, restructuring accounting systems, establishing efficient reporting processes, managing cash flow, M&A due diligence, integration, and ensuring the overall financial health of businesses.

Lisa's most recent role was as the CFO of Spark::Red Inc., a prominent Managed Oracle Commerce Solution firm in Redmond, WA, where she led the successful sale of the company to Tenzing and subsequently became the VP of Finance, Managed Services for the combined entity.

Throughout her career, Lisa has held CFO and senior management positions at notable companies in the Greater Seattle Area, including UniEnergy Technologies, Bellevue Art Museum, Ascentium, and Kraus Carpet Mill. She has also served as the managing partner for Delphi Accounting and Abacube Accounting.
