Lisa also has a diverse background as a DJ, music writer/editor, artist manager, independent band promoter, and board member of the Washington Area Music Association.

After her tenure at 9:30 Club, she continued her success journey as a lead talent buyer and operations consultant at various music venues like Gypsy Sally's and Pearl Street Warehouse, showcasing her expertise in Americana music programming and artist management.

Currently, Lisa's role at U Street Music Hall involves being the business manager, contracts administrator, and operations consultant, contributing significantly to the venue's success.
