Later, she transitioned to the healthcare sector, joining a large hospital system as the Director of Budget & Financial Planning. In this role, she successfully implemented a new corporate-wide budget system and led various financial functions including analysis, forecasting, modeling, and cost accounting. Lisa further expanded her career by joining a start-up consulting firm, where she played a key role in its growth from a Senior Consultant to eventually serving as the Senior Vice President of Recruiting. The firm, renowned for its CFO Services, was later acquired by Accretive Solutions, a national entity.
