Consolidated several program databases and moved backend to Sql Server to increase reliability and agency reporting options.  Assist with management of IT Systems.  Responsibilities include Center’s backup, antivirus maintenance and vendor management. Work with Active Directory and Group Policy.  Oversee companywide efforts to identify and evaluate all critical database deployments and issues. Collaborate with consultants to identify best solution to implement for agencies international program. Designated as key person to design upgrade strategy for Office 2007 rollout.  Developed a plan to facilitate training for key personnel and created introductory classes for other staff to facilitate awareness and provide training for MS Office 2007 upgrade. Manage IT inventory and financial records. Create reports and modules for various database programs as needed.

Developed and implemented new modules for the existing MS Access database to provide better workflow management for Major Donors, Field Reports and Renewals reporting. Oversaw consolidation and move of websites to one provider.  Directed and planned upgrade of server from PC to Server Class hardware and migrated server to Windows 2003. Managed database to assist Case Manager finding and tracking support for survivors of attack  on the Pentagon.  Also worked with financial team to print 1090 and worked on office reports.  Assistend NVFS IT when needed.
