    Lisa Shu is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in empowering founders to create and capture value for their companies.

    She has transformed numerous negotiators into Confident Deal Architects by providing over 1000 hours of negotiations training to entrepreneurs and investors.

    With a background in academia, Lisa is the founder of the Newton Venture Program and holds a tenure-track professor position in Organizational Behavior at LBS.

    Her educational journey includes a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organizational Behavior & Psychology from Harvard Business School, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics & Psychology from Harvard University, and STEM studies at Stuyvesant High School.
