Lisa Rubinstein-Saunders, an experienced CEO and executive coach, has a diverse background in economics and leadership development. She is the co-founder and CEO of Arnies Recon, a social enterprise aimed at creating jobs for people with disabilities in the automotive industry. Prior to this, she co-founded Trees2Live.com and served as the CEO for The Institute for Human Potential. Lisa has also served in various board and coaching roles, including Board Chair and Co-Founder of Fund To Fly and Executive Coach at the NSW Public Service Commission Executive Coaching Panel.

Lisa received her education at The Woodlands High School and holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Binghamton University. She also studied at the American College In Paris. Her expertise lies in leadership development, executive coaching, social enterprise, and sustainable growth. Lisa is an advocate for people with disabilities and indigenous women's rights and is committed to creating positive social change through her work.
