Lisa Rapuano, CFA, is a financial expert with over 25 years of experience as a long-term institutional investor, Board member, and operating CFO.

She is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Facet Wealth, a venture-backed startup revolutionizing financial advice for the mass-affluent segment through technology-enabled personalized financial planning and investment management at a reasonable subscription-based price.

Lisa brings a wealth of strategic knowledge in areas such as strategy, valuation, business models, and value creation from her extensive background in investing in public companies to her role in building Facet Wealth into a pioneering financial services company.

She has a strong educational foundation, having studied American Studies at Yale University and completing her high school education at Cocoa Beach High School.

In addition to her current role, Lisa has held key positions in prestigious organizations such as being a Mentor in Residence-Emeritus at Johns Hopkins Technology Ventures (JHTV), a Portfolio Manager at Lane Five Capital Management, the Co-Chief Investment Officer at Matador Capital Management, and various senior roles at Legg Mason Capital Management and Franklin Street Partners.
