She co-founded Umapped, a software company specializing in digital itinerary products for the travel industry, which was successfully acquired in 2018. Currently, Lisa is spearheading AssistIQ, a software venture focused on improving the affordability and sustainability of healthcare by minimizing supply waste, costs, and carbon footprint.

Lisa's expertise lies in building and scaling startups, product validation and management, talent acquisition, fostering partnerships, business development, and cultivating a conducive learning and risk-taking culture.

Her educational background includes studying Honors Business Administration at Ivey Business School, Western University.

With a rich professional history, Lisa Israelovitch has held key roles such as Co-Founder & CEO at AssistIQ, Strategic Advisor at Umapped & Flight Centre Travel Group within Flight Centre Travel Group, CEO of Umapped at Flight Centre Travel Group, and Vice President at Live Work Learn Play. Prior to this, Lisa also served as the Commercial Development Manager at Intrawest.
