Lisa Han

Lisa Han is a Partner at Lightspeed Venture Partners, having joined the firm in 2022. She specializes in early-stage investments in enterprise software and has been involved with Lightspeed since 2019, initially participating in their Scout Program. During this time, she made early investments in companies like Rutter and Secureframe, which helped her develop a strong interest in supporting product-oriented founders at the early stages of their ventures.13

Before her role at Lightspeed, Han was an investor at Gradient Ventures, focusing on SaaS and fintech applications. She also held significant positions in startups, including being the first business hire at Ramp, where she led business development and partnerships, contributing to the company's growth from pre-launch to achieving $100 million in transaction volume. Additionally, she was involved in scaling Atrium from 10 to over 250 employees, leading business development efforts.12

Han's academic background includes a degree in Economics from Middlebury College, and she has also studied at Harvard Business School and the London School of Economics. Beyond her professional career, she was a competitive figure skater for over a decade, drawing parallels between her experiences in sports and the challenges of startup life.134
