With a career spanning over 30 years, she has extensive experience in law, charity, consultancy, and education, focusing on program delivery and communications.1

In her current position at SMBP, Lisa employs a collaborative and empathetic leadership style to inspire and support school leaders and business partners. She has been instrumental in maximizing opportunities for students, often working with multiple cohorts to help them achieve their potential.1 Before joining SMBP full-time, she volunteered during the COVID-19 lockdown, which deepened her commitment to the organization's mission.1
