Lisa Bartolucci is the founder of Welcome Home, a service dedicated to matching families with Au Pairs. With over a decade of personal experience as a host mom, she has developed a strong passion for facilitating positive childcare experiences. Her journey includes building lifelong relationships with Au Pairs and nannies, which she considers one of her greatest joys as it has enriched her family's life.
Professionally, Lisa has amassed over 15 years of experience in management consulting, where she focused on assembling high-performing teams globally. Additionally, she has spent the last seven years as an executive coach, honing skills in personality assessment, interviewing, conflict resolution, and life coaching. This blend of personal and professional expertise culminated in the creation of Welcome Home, aimed at helping families enjoy the Au Pair experience fully.
Lisa holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA from the University of Notre Dame. Through Welcome Home, she seeks to make the process of finding and welcoming an Au Pair easier and more rewarding for families.
