Lisa Auld

Lisa Auld is the Associate Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Development at USC Athletics, a position she has held since August 2023. • Previous Experience: Before joining USC, Auld worked as a consultant specializing in business strategy and leadership development within both corporate and athletic contexts. She spent 12 years at the University of Pittsburgh, where she was instrumental in developing one of the largest Life Skills programs in the country. This included creating service delivery pillars and leading initiatives aimed at engaging former student-athletes.1
• Education: Auld earned her bachelor's degree from Villanova University and a master's degree from California University of Pennsylvania. She is also a licensed professional counselor with certifications in sports counseling and emotional intelligence training.14
