Lisa Andresen is a highly trained and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who specializes in helping high-achievers and entrepreneurs overcome mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, and shaky self-esteem. She is also proficient in treating trauma, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, procrastination, anger management, low motivation, and trouble focusing. Lisa has studied social work at Columbia University's Columbia School of Social Work and holds a B.A. in Psychology from Stanford University. She integrates evidence-based interventions into individual and group therapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
