Additionally, Marujo was a Post-Doctoral Associate at MIT's Megacity Logistics Lab, where he developed models for assessing cargo freight across public transport networks. Marujo holds a Ph.D. in Naval Engineering specializing in Logistics and Waterways Transportation from COPPE/UFRJ.
