She currently serves as the Head of Growth at Semaphore Solutions, an esteemed software consultancy catering to genomics and molecular diagnostic laboratories.

Linley is also a passionate advocate of diversity and inclusion in the tech community. She serves as a co-organizer for YYJ Tech Ladies and Diversitechy, two organizations dedicated to promoting inclusivity in the sector.
