Linh Pham

Linh Pham is an experienced engineer with expertise in Multifunction, Multichannel Packaged MMIC designs. Their engineering background includes working with semiconductor technology and foundry to meet customers' RF system requirements. Linh has lead MMIC packaging, MMIC control boards, and MMIC Evaluation PCBs. They have also developed automation code to rigorously test MMICs at wafer and packaged levels. Linh is highly skilled in managing product cost, schedule, and performance. They have worked with several reputable organizations such as Northrop Grumman and Parry Labs, designing RFIC/MMIC, and working extensively with Mechanical, Antenna, System, and Software groups. Linh has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Engineering / Math from the University of Maryland and a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
