Linh Lawler is a seasoned business leader with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and a focus on organizational development and workplace learning. She holds a B.A dual degree in Biology and Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz and an MSEd in Education from Northwestern University. Linh currently serves as the Director of Claims Customer Experience at Allstate Insurance, where she is responsible for designing exceptional customer experiences and delivering on Allstate's Good Hands promise.

Linh has demonstrated success in leading large change efforts, talent development, performance management, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and leadership pipeline creation. Her approach involves building strong partnerships across the enterprise and co-creating sustainable business solutions that drive results. Linh is particularly passionate about developing leaders at every level and building an organization for the future. Prior to Allstate, Linh held leadership roles at NorthShore University HealthSystem, LaSalle Bank, and ABN AMRO.
