•	Analyzed requirements for the Federal Health Information Exchange project, defined and reviewed the requirement document. 
•	Analyzed client’s patient record data, including Lab, Radiology, Medication, Encounter, Allergy, consulting, demographic data, PDTS, and SADR.  
•	Conducted HL7 data, framework data and MUMPS data mapping.
•	Conducted Object-Oriented design for the FHIE project using Rational Rose.  Developed core part of the project using Java. 
•	Interfaced with the VA Hospital’s MUMPS system and CPRS GUI using CORBAMED standard.  Performs requirements and data analysis, and data exchange.
•	Interfaced with DOD CHCS health system to pull HL7 standard healthcare data into the FHIIE framework.  Performs requirements and data analysis.
•	Designed and developed the Interface Engine for loading data into the framework. 
•	Designed and implemented HL7 data repository database.  Designed and developed repository wrapper sub-tier for patient data storage and retrieval.    
•	Developed the core data exchange system between agency’s MUMPS legacy systems and the GCPR Cache database for the Government Computer-Based Patient Record project. 
•	Designed and developed CORBA infrastructure to communicate with VA Hospital system, and built adapter to convert Patient Record data from COAS format to GCPR format; Developed components to process and convert DOD CHCS patient records to HL7 format.
•	Performed Oracle database administration on a daily basis, and provided successful backend support for Proof of Concept and Prototype demos.
•	Completed the agency system data, which was MUMPS and HL7 model to information model mapping using Erwin, Rational Rose, and MS Excel.
