Partnered with VPs and Directors to establish a scalable interview loop to ensure consistent and effective interviews amongst teams. 
Lead weekly meetings with hiring managers providing updates on sourcing efforts, candidates in the process, and shifting focus as needed. 
Support candidates from the beginning and end of our interview cycle. Lead them through the process and answered any questions along the way. 
Lead team sessions for sourcing and candidate outreach. 
Established a careers page for Bright Health Technology, using Squarespace to highlight this section of the organization.

Who knew you could learn so much in such a short amount of time? I scheduled and coordinated interviews whilst juggling the schedules of travelling designers. In true startup fashion, I wear many hats. Every day is different, and every day offers a new challenge. My responsibilities range from account management to technical recruiting. I have conversations with our customers to gain insights into our tool and where our gaps are. From those conversations, new ideas are born! I work closely with our Dev team to help with product development. In addition to customer success and account management, I support our services clients with sourcing, outreach and phone screens for technical roles.
