As the Director of New Business Development at Sennheiser for lifestyle channels, I supported the business development and client relationship management activities for a wide range of partners for the Sennheiser Retail Sales Channel. Our overall goal was to support our new business strategy in order to increase sales and brand experience for this best-in-class heritage brand.  With 75 years of experience in Audio Excellence-- Sennheiser enjoys a flawless reputation in Pro Audio and it's time to highlight our portfolio to a new consumer group, the true listener. I am responsible for creating and building a network of key industry influencers and organizations / affiliations which enable the growth of business and revenue generating opportunities with partners across North America.  In partnership with U.S. Trade Marketing and Global Marketing at Sennheiser, I worked with the Sales organization to build and execute plans to cultivate new business opportunities and grow revenue in both the short and long term.Further, I served as a knowledge base for my team to share understanding of the competitive landscape, cultural shifts and trends, and other important learnings which inform better and more relevant project initiatives.  More than anything- I was a hunter for Sennheiser--  building and sustaining a network of relationships to enable the development pipeline of potential new business relationships and deals.  I open doors and make things happen for the next generation of Sennheiser fans to discover us in unexpected positioning- and fall in love with us after first listen. From transitioning the brand from Monster Cable operations to a fully independent machine-- it was a wild ride and no two days were the same.  Beats was a juggernaut and I consider it to be the best bootcamp for sales a career girl could have ever had.
