Lindsay May

Lindsay May holds a License and Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in best and evidence-based practices. She is passionate about organizational leadership, particularly in the realms of non-profit work and corporate social responsibility. Lindsay's expertise includes system change, data analysis for informed decision-making, supervision (both group and individual), familiarity with the DSM-5 and ICD-10 mental health diagnoses, individual and family therapy, community and home-based mental health services for adults and children, group facilitation, and integrated assessment and interview techniques.

Apart from her counseling psychology background, Lindsay May also engages as a part-time piano instructor. Her musical skills cover multiple pedagogical methods, collaborating effectively with other music instructors, performance, promoting healthy playing habits like posture and body movement, maintaining a fun teaching style, leveraging music as a tool for change, and identifying motivational factors for students.
