Here, I oversaw activities of a global team for executive, sales, corporate, IT, and professional business unit hiring in North America. I provided talent data, metrics, and analytics to structure talent strategies and increase performance. I created and deployed decision tree and rules of engagement policy/process for search firm engagement for professional hiring to reduce spend on easy to fill searches and integrated a reference check vendor into iCIMS for all US-based, director level and above hires. I acted as HR liaison for Conduent's Women's Impact Network (WIN) and actively engaged in Recruiting and Professional Development Committees within WIN with initiatives related to success stories and internal mentorship, while acting as a co-chair of the Membership committee.

Key accomplishments:
Promoted from Senior Manager Sales Talent Acquisition to Director of Talent Acquisition via stellar performance.

Developed new recruiter training and information repository for templates, processes, resources to improve new hire onboarding experience.

Led and executed structure and processes resulted in the TA team surpassing 2021 goals of hires 1519 with the average time to fill of 47-days: 183% over target fills and 69% under time to fill target.

Director, Talent Acquisition - North America

In this role I acted as Player/Coach sourcing and hiring top sales talent to build high performing full life cycle sales recruitment team and served as a change champion for an iCIMS ATS implementation. I also steered global offer letter standardization for iCIMS configuration, engaged in iCIMS UAT, participated in implementation support sessions, and served as the primary US iCIMS trainer and SME. I became certified as a Conduent Learning Ecosystem LEAD Ambassador authorized as a learning curator and designed a training pathway to minimize bias in the hiring process and importance of candidate experience to employer branding. I developed a concierge team and program for Conduent's largest client to optimize candidate experience, reduce no-show rates and understand pre-start attrition.

Here, I managed full lifecycle recruiting for sales, sales support, account management, and client specific professional positions for government healthcare and transportation lines of business. I engaged in a lead capacity for training new sales recruiters and served as the point of contact for questions, internal processes, manager and candidate engagement, and offer/hire procedures. I was involved in the TA PMO team to spearhead projects, including cleaning up the global talent acquisition SharePoint site and requisition creation process, while participating in Taleo ATS implementation and training.

As a senior sales recruiter, attained 60%+ hiring targets of six hires per month as sales recruiter.
