Lindsay Drabczyk is a highly talented People Operations Manager with extensive knowledge and experience in human resources, project coordination, and performance management. She studied engineering in high school at Staten Island Technical High School and went on to receive a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Management from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst.

Ms. Drabczyk began her career as a Project Coordinator at Madison Performance Group before transitioning to the role of Human Resources Coordinator at Tavern on the Green, where she honed her skills in talent acquisition and employee relations. After that, she was a Human Resources Specialist at Eastdil Secured, where she gained expertise in performance management and benefits administration. Her most recent role was as a People Operations Coordinator at Axoni, where she excelled in managing recruitment efforts, designing employee engagement programs, and executing HR policies. She was eventually promoted to People Operations Manager, where she took on leadership responsibilities, supervised HR-related operations, and provided guidance to junior staff.

Throughout her career, Ms. Drabczyk has demonstrated exceptional communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and strong attention to detail.
