Lindsay C. Demaree is an accomplished legal professional with a strong educational background and extensive experience in the legal field.

Lindsay earned a J.D. from the prestigious William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas after completing a B.A. in Political Science from Yale University.

With a broad range of experience, Lindsay has held significant positions in various organizations. Lindsay previously served as the Associate General Counsel for Litigation at LendingClub, where she honed her skills in legal representation and strategic decision-making.

Prior to her role at LendingClub, Lindsay worked as an Associate at renowned law firms such as Ballard Spahr LLP and Lewis Roca Rothgerber LLP, gaining valuable insights into different areas of law and legal practices.

Lindsay's legal journey includes being a Summer Associate at Lewis and Roca LLP, where she further developed her legal prowess and refined her expertise.

She also had the privilege of working as an Extern to Judge Philip M. Pro at the United States District Court, District of Nevada, and as an Extern to Judge Bruce A. Markell at the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Nevada, providing her with a unique judicial perspective.
