Lindsay Androski

Lindsay Androski is a member of the MIT Corporation, the governing body of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). She serves as a Trustee of MIT, Chair of the MIT Visiting Committee for the Department of Chemistry, and member of the Visiting Committees for Sponsored Research, the Department of Biology, and the Department of Humanities.23467

Ms. Androski is the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Roivant Social Ventures, the social impact arm of Roivant Sciences.12 She joined Roivant in 2016 and built the team responsible for acquiring over 30 pharmaceutical drug candidates, leading to the launch of 16 biotechs and several successful IPOs.2 Five of the acquired drug candidates have been approved by the FDA.2

Prior to Roivant, Ms. Androski had a decade-long career as a trial lawyer, including as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Alexandria, Virginia, where she led high-profile cybercrime and national security cases.1 She also worked as a strategy consultant advising Fortune 100 companies.1

Ms. Androski received two B.S. degrees from MIT, and J.D. and M.B.A degrees from The University of Chicago. She is a registered patent lawyer, a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and teaches ESG Investing at Duke University.12

She serves on the Board of Directors of Eloxx Pharma and is the Board President of Incubate, an advocacy organization educating lawmakers on the role of venture capital in biopharma.25
