Linda holds an MBA in International Business, Economics, and Strategic Management from the India Institute of Foreign Trade, complemented by a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics, Financial, and Management Accounting from the University of Namibia.

Throughout her career, Linda has held key roles such as Head of Trade Finance at NMB Bank Plc, Trade & Working Capital Head at First National Bank Tanzania Limited, Vice President & Trade Head at Citibank Tanzania, Trade & Investment Adviser at UK Trade & Investment, and Tanzania Country Manager at the Trade Law Centre for Southern Africa.
