Linda Nurdianti is an experienced professional with a diverse background in IT and risk management, user access, helpdesk support, and service portfolio & improvement management.

She has a track record of six and a half years in IT security and user access management, where she focused on maintaining user access matrix, ensuring the validity of access, reviewing user access processes, and establishing IT user access policies and procedures.

With three years as an IT Risk Specialist, Linda has excelled in building and fostering risk-aware cultures, conducting regulatory reporting, managing IT and business risks, assessing new applications, and ensuring compliance with vulnerability assessments.

Additionally, Linda has one year of experience in IT service portfolio & improvement management, creating IT service level agreements, addressing IT-related problems, and overseeing third-party relationships.

Her previous roles include one year in public relations and account management, one year in EDP maintaining backup servers and producing reports, and four years in a helpdesk role handling IT equipment purchasing, problem resolution, and monitoring.
