Linda Newell is a highly experienced facilitator, coach, consultant, and writer/editor with a diverse background in various fields. She holds a Master's degree with honors in Social Justice and Ethics from Iliff School of Theology and has also completed Executive Education in State and Local Government Executives at Harvard Kennedy School of Government. Linda is also a certified SPHR, Senior Professional in Human Resources, and has studied Communication and Psychology at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Linda has worked as a consultant to various entities, lending her expertise in civic education, public health, children and families, education equity, restorative justice, ethics, multi-faith/cross-cultural, dialogues with disparate groups, conflict, leadership development, adult learning programs, conflict transformation, restorative practices, change management, performance management, DEI/diversity, equity, & inclusion, emotional intelligence, self-care, and empathy. She is highly skilled in writing/editing organizational communications with an ethical/equity/inclusive lens, public speaking and training delivery coaching, and career development. She also produces mini-documentaries of government and public servants, holds various roles in children and youth advocacy, leads music meditations, sound healing, and mindfulness sessions, and does singing and acting.

In the past, Linda held various high-level positions in different organizations. As a State Senator in Colorado, she was focused on executing positive changes for the state, and as Sr. Dir. Learning & Development at EPI, Director of Learning & Development at Policy Studies Inc., and General Manager, Human Resources Development at Echostar Satellite LLC and Dish Network, she directed the Learning & Development Department, where she implemented programs such as leadership development, ADKAR change management, executive coaching, and eLearning.
